After nearly forty-one years, Mrs. Oyama will be retiring from the store at the end of April 2014, turning her creativity towards her home and garden.
If you are interested in having her make your tsuru, Mrs. Oyama is still taking very limited orders based on a variety of factors, including complexity of pattern and timing. She does not always answer her messages right away -- after all, she is supposed to be "retired"! -- so please be patient with her and she will do her best to contact you.

well i hope its still open cause i'm on my way. lol
ReplyDeleteI've been trying to get in touch with them for three weeks. I see the sign that there's a sale, but have gone by four times and no one is ever there and it's locked up. Their phone recording gives the times and dates open for October (!) but it's March 2014. I am soooo sad, and they won't call me back. I feel like a stalker... any suggestions?
